1. HR Senior

Develop HR Policies and Procedures:
- Formulate, review, and update company policies and procedures in alignment with company culture and local laws and regulations.
- Ensure consistency and application of HR policies across all locations.
Cultivate Company Values:
- Work closely with the Co-founders, CEO and Chief Accountant to articulate and embed company values throughout the organization.
- Develop and implement initiatives to cultivate a company culture grounded in performance excellence, quality assurance, responsibility, consistency, precision and company rules compliance.
Performance Management and KPIs:
- Work with Function Leads and co-founders to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments and roles.
- Implement performance management systems to track and evaluate employee and worker performance.
Create and manage bonus/malus programs to drive performance and motivation.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employee and worker.
- Develop effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the WE FOOD culture.
- Create and implement recruitment policies to attract talents.
Employee and worker Engagement and Issue Resolution:
- Work directly with employee and worker to resolve workplace issues and ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Provide clear and consistent communication to workers regarding policies, procedures, and company updates
- Design team-building activities to enhance collaboration and communication within the organization
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by addressing employee and worker concerns and conflicts promptly.
- Conduct employee and worker feedback sessions and implement improvement initiatives.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee and worker development programs.
- Support career growth by providing opportunities for continuous learning and skill development.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with co-founders, CEO, and other team leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Ensure smooth communication across all departments and provide regular HR reports to the leadership team.

Payroll & OT Responsibilities
- Checking time records and calculate payroll for Full-time and Part-time staff.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Age: 30-40 years old
- Experience working in factories and directly engaging with workers to address their concerns and resolve workplace issue
- Rigorous and detail-oriented work approach.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and a hard working attitude.
- High level of integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Business sense and an understanding of organizational operations.
- Proven experience as an HR Lead or similar role in a factory with multicultural environment.
- Strong understanding of both international and Vietnamese work cultures.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Vietnam.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
2. Sales Senior or Supervisor
Mô tả công việc
- Grow/increase WE market share & B2B sales nationwide to meet company sales target
- New business: Win new partnerships on 5 stars Hotels, Retail - Grocery shops, Supermarkets, convenience stores, - - -- - Restaurants and Coffee chains, food distributors… and Corporate gifts by negotiating partnerships with new B2B customers (prospection, negotiation, pricing, contracting, growing sales during partnership and maintaining excellent customer service).
- Account management: Nurture and grow current partnerships in line with the company strategy (i.e. sales monitoring, introducing new products, ensuring good products display on customer shelves, product mix analysis, competition review, pricing review, re-ordering, training partner staffs, deploying marketing activities, maintain good relationship with partner, accounts receivable and credit collection etc…);
- Work with Marketing to update on sales performances and participate to defining action plans to improve Sales and Marketing activities;
- Work with Factory teams to ensure smooth coordination between Sales and Factory teams;
- Work with Marketing to provide product feedbacks from customers and competition information. Coordinate with - Marketing on marketing materials that need to be produced for sales activities;
- Work with Accounting & Finance to complete contracts with customers;
- Participate to mid and long-term sales development strategy which is aligned with business strategy;
- Participate to sales forecast and implement action accordingly;
- Work with Product development and Design teams to suggest new developments of products and product material designs;
- Adhere to company vision, mission and values
- Manage expenses effectively and efficiently as per budget

Yêu cầu công việc
- Gender: Female, Age: 27-35
- Proven sales experience in F&B, hospitality (hotels, restaurants, coffee chains...), food stores (supermarkets, convenience stores, ...) and food distributors.
- Account management experience (incl. know how to nurture/develop client business relationship, know food product trends and how to display products in shops)
- Excellent negotiation communication skills
- Good English in writing and speaking
- Good knowledge in Excel, Word and Power Point
- Integrity, active & dynamic Creative, Passionate
